Horizons Church believes that “One Matters”! We believe that you and your family matter! It’s our desire for you and your family to have a blessed Thanksgiving Season.
Before registering please take the time to read through our Thanksgiving Banquet-in-a-Box information below.
- Each family will receive a complete Thanksgiving meal in a box (limit one per family). Each box will feed approximately 6-8 people.
- You must reside in the Anoka County area.
- Thanksgiving meal box distribution will take place Sunday, November 19th, 2017, at Horizons Church, 1503 157th Avenue NE, Ham Lake, MN 55304 between the times of 2:00 to 3:00 pm in a drive-through process.
- You must be available on this date to pick up a food box. Otherwise you will not receive a box. NO exceptions.
- Once you register, you will receive a confirmation ticket.
- You must bring the confirmation ticket with you in order to receive your Thanksgiving box.
